Jackie MacCannell

Jackie MacCannell

Jackie has worked for more than 20 years in professional kitchens-restaurants, bakeries and hotels.  After High School, she attended Kellogg Community College and studied Food Science.  She then enrolled at L'Academie de Cuisine in the Culinary Career Training Program, under the tutelage of Pascal Dionot and graduated first in her class of 1996.

Jackie specializes in Cakes, Pastries and Wedding Cakes.  She's also a great Cook!

Jackie owned and operated "Ms. Mac's Marvelous Cakes in Bristow, Virginia.  In addition, Jackie has worked over the years as Executive Pastry Chef and Executive Chef at The Historic George Town Club in Washington, D.C, at Cafe 2941 in Falls Church, VA and the Willard Intercontinental Hotel.
