Payment Policy:
Classic Cooking Academy requires half payment (50%) of total estimated charges in advance of the first scheduled service as specified in Catering Service Agreement.
Cancellation:
Cancellation of any group or individual event/service must be submitted in writing to Classic Cooking Academy's Catering Manager. Cancellations recieved less than 7 days prior to the first scheduled event/service will result in a fee equal to 25% of the estimated food and beverage charges. Cancellations recieved less than 5 days in advance of the first scheduled event/service will result in a fee equal to 50% of the estimate food and beverages charges. Cancellations recieved less than 3 days in advance of the first scheduled event/service will result in a fee equal to 100% of the estimated food and beverage charges.
Service Charge and Sales Tax:
Food and beverage items are subject to a 19% service charge and a 7.95% sales tax
Service charge is taxable in the State of Arizona
Labor fees are subject to 7.95% sales tax
Equipment rentals are subject to 7.95% sales tax
Service charge and sales tax are subject to change without notice
Tax exempt certificates, issued by the State of Arizona, must be on file prior to the first scheduled event/service
Guarantees:
To ensure the success of your event/service, Classic Cooking Academy must receive your "final guarantee" (confirmed head count) for each meal function, 3 business days prior to the date of the first scheduled event/service. Once the final guarantee is submitted the count may not be decreased. Classic Cooking Academy will bill the customer based upon the final guarantee or the actual number of meals served, whichever is greater. Classic Cooking Academy will make every attempt to accomodate increases in your count after submission of final guarantee. Any increase exceeding the final guarantee, however, will incur a 10% charge.
Acceptable Forms of Payment:
Company Check, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are acceptable forms of payment.
Delivery Fees:
Catering Orders with a total of $75 (excluding service charge and sales tax) will incur a $25 delivery fee.
Rental Fees:
Clients will be made aware of equipment requiring rental and necessary charges will be applied.
