Class registration
We accept class registration over the phone, by mail, by fax and on line with full payment only. Credit card payment is required for phone, fax, and on line registration. Your credit card will be billed when Classic Cooking processes your registration: personal checks are accepted for mailed registrations.
In the event that your desired class is full, you may place your name on our “Wait List” for that specific class. If a seat becomes available, students will be contacted via telephone. Once notified, registration for the opening is on a first come, first serve basis.
You will not receive registration confirmation. The school will contact you only if you are placed on a waiting list for a class. The school recommends that you confirm your mailed, faxed or on line registration by calling 480-502-0177.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you are registered for a class and need to cancel, your cancellation must be received by Classic Cooking at least three (3) days prior to the date of the scheduled class or event. Cancellation for groups of six (6) or more must be received by Classic Cooking at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the scheduled class. Refunds will not be issued for cancellation notice that does not comply with the policy. If a scheduled event is cancelled in accordance with the notification period, 15% of the total cost will be retained by Classic Cooking for administrative costs.
